Used Ultraflex 12 volt single action electric hatch lift 40582D. 18” stroke, 32 1/2” from mounting hole to mounting hole when retracted and 50 1/2” when extended. Please note that single action means there must be weight on the unit in order to retract. This unit will not pull the hatch closed. This unit has seen very little use and has been tested to function properly.
